Jill Terry is a licensed Real Estate Broker and is also an Attorney who has handled many closings promptly and with compassion.
Connor Terry is an excellent Sales Agent who will consciously and skillfully handle any matters involved in buying and selling of property for you.
Jill can handle either your purchase or sale, OR your closing (but not both) due to the different confidentiality requirements of each. Should you have an Attorney you normally give your business to, Jill will be happy to provide you with what is needed for the purchase or sale of property as your Broker. If you wish to stay within the team, Connor can work on the purchase or sale of the property while Jill works on the closing.
